The Power Barre Method
This one-hour class combines conditioning, interval cardio, Pilates, yoga and meditation to strengthen your core and lengthen your muscles. Our teachers are trained in the Lotte Berk Method and will have you using the ballet barre, weights and balance ball to help keep your form strong and results powerful. Energizing music will keep you focused on total body conditioning while remaining graceful and present.
We take a moment at the beginning of class to let your mind catch up to the power of your body! You are about to ask a LOT of yourself in the next hour so we take some time to focus and prepare.
Marches, squats, mountain climbers and many more options will be used to warm the body up. Warming up the body gets your muscles ready to lengthen and become lean! Get ready to breathe deep and have fun!
Ever hear the saying "Feel the burn"? This is it! Isometric movements target the inner, outer, upper, lower, front and back of your thighs! It's a burn you'll crave. Following your hard work comes some quick and effective thigh stretching.
Using your own body weight as resistance you will push through tri's, bi's and total arm toning!
You get to decide how much weight you want to use but not how many reps you get! Follow your instructor through the best sculpting arm workout you can find.
Lift and firm! Although the moves change each class the results are the same. Toner, higher, happier bottoms.
Your front core is so important for keeping your spine straight and strong - and your belly looking good in a bathing suit! This section of class will find your edge and make you stronger!
Don't worry, you don't have to be able to do this! But, you might be able to after a while! Strengthen your back body with high intensity movements anyone can do!
Rest makes you better. It allows you time to tap back into your strength and be more focused and productive. Take the few minutes each day to appreciate your POWER and let your body ground down.
